Church Fair 2010

Hi everyone, our Fair is on the 20^th of March. We are needing goods so please start gathering and bring them along to church. We will start taking goods the week of the fair please bring it to church and Jenny and I will take care of it.

We need offers of baking, sweets, plants, books, treasure trove, good clothes and things we can raffle like groceries and anything else you can think of.

I will need volunteers on the Friday to set up and we will work till all is done so if you can help in the morning, afternoon or evening please let Jenny or myself know.

I will also need help on the Saturday to clean up. As with the last fair we will not be selling any goods until the official start time of 10 o’clock. Any medium boxes you can spare please bring to church as this will assist with packing goods that are brought to church along with rubbish bags for the day of the fair.

We will use the Lighthouse this year and again have eft-pos available. We need clothing people, cake stall people, eft-pos people, plant people, white elephant people, café people and book people. If you can help in any way please phone Jenny at the office or myself at home on 3576296.
